Regulation Marketing Campaign "Growth 2325

As stated in the tokenomics, UERII is making up to 1,008,000,000 UERII Tokens available for community development for the period between June 2023 and June 2025.

The purpose of these regulations is to define the rules and methods of participation in the marketing plan called “Growth 2325”.

Glossary

Holder

Holder is a term used to define a person or entity that holds a certain amount of tokens.

UERII tokens can be obtained by participating in MetaBrain or through the official Token page of the site.

Welcome Holder

The moment a holder obtains and keeps in his or her wallet at least 250,000 UERII Tokens, he or she obtains the qualification called "Welcome Holder" to recognize his or her great trust in the project.

Premium Holder

The moment a holder obtains and keeps in his or her wallet at least 500,000 UERII tokens, he or she will receive the status of "Premium Holder." As a "Premium Holder," the holder will be entitled to actively participate in the "I Love Coach-RII" campaign.

Senior Supporter

The moment a Premium Holder enrolls in the "I Love Coach RII" campaign, he or she will receive the status of "Senior Supporter" and can become a "Brand Ambassador."

Enrolling in the "I Love Coach RII" campaign will generate a donation from UERII of 2 USDC per month towards Save the Children or other charities indicated on the dedicated page, until the official launch of the Coach-RII project.

Upon reaching Senior Supporter status, UERII will only donate the 2 USDC from the "I Love Coach-RII" campaign to charity.

Brand Ambassador

A "Senior Supporter" can become a "Brand Ambassador" by participating in a free training course, which is necessary to receive the qualification.

As a "Brand Ambassador" he/she will be authorized to use the UERII brand on various media (t-shirts, stickers, banners, gadgets, etc.), organize official UERII events, and will have a referral link to share the project and compete for subsequent qualifications.

Qualification is maintained only if there are at least 500,000 UERII tokens in your wallet. Otherwise, qualification and its associated benefits are revoked.

Qualification and the benefits attached to it are restored when the requirement of 500,000 UERII Tokens in his wallet is met again.

Participating in the Marketing Campaign "Growth 2325"

Eligible to participate in the "Growth 2325" Marketing Campaign are all Premium Holders who have joined the “I Love Coach RII” Campaign and attended and passed the free training course, becoming Brand Ambassadors.

Sharing

It is in the logic of UERII to create the largest possible community.

Therefore, each invited holder who creates a sharing line can in turn create other sharing lines by competing for career roles.

Through his referral link, the Brand Ambassador allows his friends to participate in the "Growth 2325" Marketing Campaign.

Sharing lines can be of two types: direct and indirect.

Direct share line

When a Brand Ambassador, through the referral link, shares the project with another holder it creates a direct sharing line.

Indirect sharing line

All invited holders who, after becoming Brand Ambassadors in turn invite other holders, create an indirect sharing line for the Brand Ambassador who originated the direct sharing line.

Monthly Rewards

UERII will make available up to a maximum of 42,000,000 UERII Tokens each month to incentivize all Brand Ambassadors based on commitment, achievements, and qualifications attained.
UERII Tokens will be divided among the various qualifications as follows:

5,250,000 among Senior Ambassadors
7,875,000 among Zone Coordinators
11.812.500 among the Regional Manager

Each line of direct and indirect sharing generated by the Brand Ambassador contributes to the goal of the qualification to be achieved.

50% Rule

To keep the program balanced, up to a maximum of 50 percent of the total tokens held by a direct sharing line and all indirect sharing lines linked to it will be counted toward competing for qualification.

Sending rewards

Every first day of the month, having performed the qualification verification, UERII will send the rewards obtained into the participants' respective wallets.

Qualification consolidation for the purpose of rewards

For the purpose of obtaining rewards in UERII Tokens for the Senior Ambassador, Zone Coordinator, Regional Manager and Global Manager qualifications, the qualification requirements must be met for at least 90 consecutive calendar days from the activation of the qualification.
Therefore, failure to meet the requirements within the 90 calendar days after qualification is obtained forfeits the right to obtain tokens.

Monthly verification of the number of qualifications

UERII will verify the number of Senior Ambassadors, Zone Coordinators, Regional Managers, and Global Managers present through the smart contract 0x9773C97D5C83cBA69336Bd763Fe51a6bC7Db636B on Polygon network that will provide the list of wallets involved in the "Growth 2325" Marketing Campaign.
An audit will also be done, both on Ethereum network and Polygon network, of the UERII Tokens held in the wallets.

Qualifications

UERII has created qualifications in the "Growth 2325" Marketing Campaign to identify, on a meritocratic level, the efforts made by Brand Ambassadors.

Senior Ambassador

5,250,000 UERII Tokens will be divided monthly among all confirmed Senior Ambassadors.
To achieve Senior Ambassador status, the Brand Ambassador must meet these 2 requirements:

have invited , via their referral link, at least 5 holders;
the sum of UERII Tokens held in the wallets of the direct and indirect sharing lines must equal a minimum of 10,000,000 UERII Tokens.

Qualification is maintained only if there are at least 500,000 UERII Tokens in the wallet. Otherwise, qualification and its associated benefits are revoked.
The qualification and the benefits attached to it are restored when the requirement of 500,000 UERII Tokens in the wallet is met again.
A maximum of 500 Senior Ambassador qualifications are available.

Zone Coordinator

7,875,000 UERII tokens will be divided monthly among all confirmed Zone Coordinators.
To qualify as a Zone Coordinator, the Brand Ambassador must meet these 2 requirements:

have invited , via their referral link, at least 10 holders;
the sum of UERII Tokens held in the wallets of the direct and indirect sharing lines must equal a minimum of 50,000,000 UERII Tokens.

Regional Manager

11,812,500 UERII tokens will be divided monthly among all confirmed Regional Managers.
To qualify as a Regional Manager, the Brand Ambassador must meet these 2 requirements:

have invited , via their referral link, at least 20 holders;
the sum of UERII tokens held in the wallets of direct and indirect sharing lines must equal a minimum of 125,000,000 UERII tokens.

Qualification is maintained only if there are at least 500,000 UERII Tokens in the wallet.
Otherwise, the qualification and the benefits attached to it are revoked.The qualification and the benefits attached to it are restored when the requirement of 500,000 UERII Tokens in the wallet is met again.
A maximum of 20 Regional Manager qualifications are available.

Global Manager

17,062,500 UERII tokens will be divided monthly among all confirmed Global Managers.
To qualify as a Global Manager, the Brand Ambassador must meet these 2 requirements:

have invited , via their referral link, at least 20 holders;
the sum of UERII Tokens held in the wallets of the direct and indirect sharing lines must equal a minimum of 500,000,000 UERII Tokens.

Qualification is maintained only if there are at least 500,000 UERII Tokens in the wallet. Otherwise, qualification and its associated benefits are revoked. The qualification and the benefits attached to it are restored when the requirement of 500,000 UERII Tokens in the wallet is met again. A maximum of 5 Global Manager qualifications are available.

Changes to the regulations

UERII reserves the right to make changes to these regulations at any time.
All those who participate in the "Growth 2325" Marketing Campaign will be notified by email of any changes.

Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the "Growth 2325" Marketing Campaign implies full acceptance of these regulations by the holders. In case of non-compliance with the rules, UERII reserves the right to revoke the qualifications obtained by Brand Ambassadors and to take the necessary measures to protect the interests of the community.

Smart Contract

The smart contract shows the evolution of marketing activity in terms of the relationship between wallets.
This parameter, combined with the blockchain control of the UERII tokens held by the various wallets, makes it possible to verify all assigned qualifications without any possibility of manipulation.

No constraints

The UERII Token holder, who participates in the "Growth 2325" Marketing Campaign, has no constraints in storing UERII Tokens in their wallet, but must have carefully read the white paper and espouse the project in its vision.

Unallocated Tokens

If in a specific month, there were no roles for a qualification type, the UERII Tokens allocated to that type will not be allocated and can be used in the future within the Marketing 2325 Campaign.
